This company don't do quick return travel covid tests. So don't use them for that. (Partly because their instructions aren't organised in the correct rotation for people in a potential rush to get a test off). In other words. The postage instructions are received upon registration (last thing) which is no good once you've already rushed to post your tests (because you want to catch the priority post).
Other companies are much clearer.
Their customer service is quick and helpful but they don't do customer care. In other words they accepted my feedback but they didn't pay me back for their error in giving roundabout instructions. Despite accepting they need to change this error.
They may well be great at all other tests (urine, blood etc. I don't know.
