Revibe

My experience with Revibe has been one of the most frustrating online purchasing experiences I have encountered.
The company sent the wrong phone, which was subsequently opened by customs during inspection. From that point forward, resolving the issue became an almost impossible task. Despite the error originating with Revibe, the burden of dealing with customs, regulatory requirements, and recovery of the device was placed entirely on the customer.
What I discovered was astonishing. In order to retrieve the phone through customs, I was informed that I would need to establish a registered business, obtain an import licence, and register with telecommunications authorities. These are requirements that most consumers would never reasonably expect to face when purchasing a mobile phone online and this is how Revibe traps you with inferior products... This is just the start.
Rather than providing a practical solution or taking ownership of their mistake, Revibe's processes left me trapped in a bureaucratic maze that was expensive, time-consuming, and extremely difficult to navigate. The reality is that the average customer has little chance of successfully completing these requirements without significant effort, cost, and professional assistance.
The most disappointing aspect was the lack of meaningful support throughout the process. When a company sends the wrong item, customers expect the company to resolve the issue. Instead, I was left facing customs regulations, import compliance requirements, and telecommunications registration procedures that should never have become my responsibility.
Revibe markets itself as a convenient platform for purchasing refurbished Apple products. My experience was the opposite. A simple order turned into a prolonged customs and regulatory ordeal because of a mistake that was not mine nor my wife who actually ordered from them.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone purchasing electronics through Revibe, particularly if the item is being shipped internationally. If something goes wrong, you may find yourself facing an extraordinary amount of bureaucracy with very little practical assistance from the Revibe and that's how they trap you with damaged, counterfeit and inferior products.

On closing Revibe tricks you into thinking they are based in your country so be aware of their sneaky tactics.

The phone will now be destroyed by customs.

And our son will not have a phone for his birthday.
