You pay the order, In my case two diferent orders. NEVER delivered to me, so I loose my money. I've paid for something that I Don't have.
Criminal. Don't waste your money, patience and time with this ciber criminals.

The carrier site they supposedly use does not exist and does not allow contact to detect the package. The website says that the package was sent and delivered but I received no notification by email nor paper in my mailbox. The customer service doesn't provide carrier details nor a way to pick up the package and denied full refund.
The customer service email address is always changing.
There is no evidence even that the package was sent or exists. They just keep the money
