Deciding to change your career is scary but to me, the scariest part was that I had to apply for jobs again. This is 100% a scam and not a quality service. I endured 5 rounds of edits with 3 different writers. All the edits I requested were incorrect and they changed words I never asked to edit. The layout included too many symbols and the wording was too lengthy. The ATS software would not pick it up. When I requested a refund they refused to give my money back and said that my resume was partially usable. Who wants a partial resume?! Horrible customer service!

This is a scam. Resumesplanet gets all of their traffic by writing fake reviews on other websites. Google Resumeplanet reviews and look at the sites giving them 5 star reviews. These are fake sites that are set up by Resumesplanet. They also use the same sites to trash on competitors.
Check their BBB rating. You can also call their number and see that this scam is run out of another country.

I'm a tough guy to impress. The writer from Resumes Planet managed to do the impossible. I ordered an entry-level resume for a job I'm not experienced in. How did you come upon resumesplanet? It was probably through a fake review of another reputable company. This site gets all of their traffic by writing fake reviews on other websites through "shell" sites and shady affiliate marketers. So you probably searched for reviews on another company and then a site popped up saying the company is trash and resumesplanet is the #1 site - people... This is a SCAM! If you fall for it - I feel sorry for you.
You can call their number and see that these people are running this operation out of another country. The 5 star reviews here are fake. Hundreds of people have fallen victim to this scam.

I checked with multiple resume writing service websites all criteria that's important to receive a professional resume. I confirmed that the writers at Resumes Planet are all natively English speaking by contacting them via chat and asked that question multiple times.
The resume service I ordered was a 24h service. I anyway gave myself 4-5 days to allow revisions etc.
I provided my old resume, links to the jobs I like to apply for, link to my Linkedin page that's up-to-date.
The first draft I received was improper and even confusing language that made no sense and were in many sentences not even related to my job. This went back and forth until the ResumesPlanet.com was changing the writer. The next draft I got was now already 6-7 days after my initial order and the wording and language made very little sense. It was obvious that the writers tried way too hard and were unable to form a sentence that makes much sense.
Here just one of many examples:
Bear high moral fiber and exceptional work ethic to manage multiple priorities by sustaining a healthy work-life balance and taking keen interest in traveling, outdoor sports, motorcycles, languages and cultures, and social events among others.
The result was the service was unable to provide a resume until today and they refused to repay me even though there were many indications that the writers lack skills and the company is actually located abroad and in a not natively English speaking countries trying hard to hide that.
