Not free like they said in the beginning. They let you go through all the trouble of creating your resume. Then all the sudden you are trapped into paying for it or lose your progress. Besides that it was the best resume builder I have ever used. Shady and dishonest in the beginning.

I requested a resume review and all I get are emails confirming that I completed the resume. Responded to the email confirmation that I have completed my resume. Two days later, another email is sent to confirm the same thing. 72 hours has passed and a review has not been submitted to me.
The templates look good. The AI recommendations for resume were fair. Cover letter templates were very generic and required a significant amount of manual editing.
Value overall for the tools is fair but the service leaves much to be desired. I waited 48 hours for the review and then had to start sending it out anyways so I am not missing out on opportunities. I am contacting support to see why they have not processed the request.
