I feel like I am the victim of false advertising, or at the very least bait and switch. Website says there is a free version including download txt. Couldn't do it, only option was to pay. I called customer service and was told you no longer offer that. Well then you should remove that as an option from your advertising.

I loved that there are multiple templates to choose from and a guided sequence of filling up the resume. My only comment is that the downloaded format of the resume is not compatible on MS Word and PDF and looks weird (small fonts, indentations and spacing messed up) when I try to convert or copy the resume.
