I though this is for free, in google search i typed "free CV", because i had troubles with paying on previous CV site so i moved to another one which is free, and here i had to pay again (which is not a problem), but again i had trouble paying, it just didn't want to proceed the payment again and again for some unknown reason and I wanted to avoid that. After i re typed all of my CV i had same trouble going on... your site is great helpful and has lot of guidance what I never used but its good to be there, just that payment thing..

I forgot to cancel my subscription, so the money for monthly subscription was withdrawn from the card. Firstly, I decided to write a letter using email, but then I figured out that I can get a help from the website directly. Nathalie's response was very quick and I really appreciate her help. I did not unsubscribe from the site by mistake and 29.95 euros were paid automatically to the site! Once I realized I had just contacted them through the site and they behave really respectfully and helped me a lot! And just by contacting and giving them some information my problem was solved!

Not honest developers and not an honest attitude towards clients, in the search they position themselves as a free resume creation, but in fact you can create it, but you can't download it. Write initially that you have good prices, service, and so on, and I will pay with pleasure. There was not a pleasant aftertaste from your service.
