I did not noticed that there will be an automatic renewal after 14 days after the first subscription. Apparently my account was renewed automatically and my bank account was deducted. So I decided to get some help from the customer service. They did an excellent job on handling my case and getting back my refund. Within few hours my problem has been solved thanks to them, especially stephane. The customer service is very direct, smooth and hassle free. Thank you once again!
