This experience has been misleading.
I created my resume with ease, it does not allow me to download it without creating an account and paying $2.45.
There was NO sign of having to pay throughout the entire process, until the page asking for payment details. The payment was then taken from my account, but read that there was an error on screen which again DID NOT allow me to download the resume.
After paying AGAIN, I was given the opportunity to log in to download.
I attempted to call them and the number said they're experiencing issues, and to email. There is a chat option that I tried to use, and that stated they are closed and cannot assist me. EVEN THOUGH they advertise customer support 7 days a week. SMH.
