This was a great, quick way of creating my resume! I appreciated the help to get this quickly updated.
My husband and I had not completed a resume in a while. I reached out to a friend who suggested using ResumeCoach. ResumeCoach provided the guidance we needed with the provision of templates and a 'guided model'. The built-in AI capabilities alsolent assistance to offering suggestions for varied sections of the resume e.g. objective statements, skills/qualifications, job descriptions. We were able to adjust the AI results to what we needed. Additionally, ResumeCoach gives tools for constructing a cover letter. It was a "one-stop shop" experience. We were very pleased. My only critiques are: 1). When I downloaded the completed resume as a pdf, it did not format to an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. I changed the browser I was using and "happened upon" download options from the ResumeCoach Home Screen. I had a choice of download options. In this case, 'print ready pdf (multi-page)'. When downloading from the ResumeCoach "finishing area" the default download option is 'digital print (single-page). There are no other options given. (It was not a browser issue). 2). In trying to keep the design of the resume and cover letter consistent e.g. font, color, etc. the templates have no titles. It is not apparent which types go together. 3). The resume generator enables you to delete/add sections, whereas, the cover letter generator does not. 4). Both the resume and cover letter generators do not permit the user to format spacing. On the resume, in two separate sections, the spacing between bulleted items was uneven. On the cover letter, there was no space between the recipient's info and the salutation to the recipient.
