I have no clue who Noah is from Customer Service.
This company promotes "free resume", it was not free. In fact I had to pay money to get my copy of a "free" resume. Although the amount charged is not much it is the principal we are talking of.

THe AI suggestions were not helpful. There was aspace that couldn't be lessened in between the work experience. I couldn't delete the achievements section. There wasn't a final rating given to the entire resume.

I am not happy with what the resume team have done today. They have debited my account today the 27th of june 2024, in payment for the resume that I paid for on the 8th of June 2024 already. I paid already and got the resume on 8th of June 2024. Today the debited 29.95 usd for the resume worth 0.95 usd which was paid for. This is fraud. I want my money back please.
