I was overcharged and was not able to access my resume. I could not access my resume during the free trial so I had to restart it. I was charged 29 and also 3.00

Great except when I first started it said I could get a FREE trial and after I spent an hour or so putting my resume together I had to pay $2.45 for a trial. That is the only complaint.
