I even paid for the time I used the web to complete my resume, but in the end, I couldn't access it. Now I don't know what to do. If you trying to help people, please really help not just charge, and then don't give them access to it. I try to and ask me to pay again. That's not fair.

I called and cancelled my subscription in May. Today I noticed that June and July have been charged and no way to cancel unless you call your bank and fight back with them.
