We monitor reviews for authenticity
Prose: 1) Easy to use. 2) love the library of duty descriptions you can add with just a title. 3)there are a variety of templates to choose from. 3) there is a cover letter draft/template that requires very little modification to complete.
Cons: 1) you can't drag and drop to move sections around. I personally like certifications before work history, but it's listed last - I would love to be able to drag it to place above work history or place on the left, under skills.
2) The formatting had some odd spacing on some of the layouts. I was ably to remove the text where odd and add back in, which fixed issue.
3) you can only download in pdf format. Would like to have a Word option as well. My Perfect Resume AI allows both options.
4) and this was the biggest issue. When I applied for jobs with my resume and chose the autofill option for my application, only the date fields copied over correctly. Everything else (Name, Job Title, Duties, Education, etc.) copied over bogus data or the wrong section.
Great online resume company they are quick and easy to use only issue is it's not free as advertised

Does not inform of price till end, you leave people with little information until they have already spent all this time creating a resume then making them pay otherwise forcing them to start the whole process over. You pay for you name look-up to pop up when looking up "free resume builder" to give off the illusion that it is truly free when it is anything but that.
