Live career has the best resume builders. Their customer service is also very helpful and professional. I've learned that they will work with you to reduce the fees you just have to call and don't forget like I did even though I was very upset about my chargers when I went back to use their service I was still treated with respect and I really appreciate that. It is really worth the fees their charging you and you can also search for jobs which they've recommend based on your resume. Best resume builder worth every penny. Don't short yourself use the service you get what you pay for Quality!
The resume templets themselves were great and helpful. But I thought I was paying for one resume. I was never emailed with info informing me I'd be charged $20 a month after the first resume. Money was taken out of my account and made me not very happy. I canceled and will not be renewing my service ever again. I'm getting a refund though and the customer service rep who helped me was very nice and helpful.

I signed up as a trial for Resume Now and really liked it because it offered a variety of templates and helpful wording suggestions. I didn't remain with it for regular service because I could not afford it at the time. After several months I realized I had been charged for an account. When I called the CSR was soooo helpful, understanding and did not give me a moment of grief over getting that cancelled and refunded. He was absolutely the epitome of what customer service should be. I will definitely be recommending this site and product to my friends, family and associates because the product is good but mainly because the customer service was EXCELLENT

I signed up for Resume-Now since I needed to quickly update my resume and hadn't done so in years. The product helped me out (and I got the job). But once I had used it, I forgot to cancel.
I had given them my credit card number, so they billed me monthly before I contacted them to fix it several months later. I was definitely surprised by how friendly and accommodating they were when I contacted them. They canceled the service for me right then. They also offered me some alternative agreements that would cost less money each month, which sounded fine, but they didn't press the issue when I told them I'd rather just cancel. They even gave me a refund for the amounts that had been billed.

I keep having the same problem with my resume where by after I make a change, the font size and spacing changes in certain parts of my resume. It's a very frustrating problem, but customer service is so human and they take ownership of the problem and fix it for me. Nice to know there is still a customer service representative who is willing to admit fault! Outstanding customer service!
