My experience with Resume Now was good until I decided to cancel my subscription. I canceled my subscription in Jan and was still being charged monthly. After talking to a rep about my cancellation they claimed I renewed my subscription, which is not true. I received emails when I started and canceled the subscription but not one when I allegedly renewed my subscription after just cancelling it.
