Hello, I paid a high price because I wanted a good service. You have taken hundreds of thousands from me for a half page letter. No updates, no response to any communation. I don't want to disclose much information at the moment as I have given up waiting and broken promises and excuse and excuse why so long for any response. Posting videos online, celebrating wealth, and your customers can't even get a reply. So happy and positive before getting the money and then after totally let down. My honest reviews and my true experience will be published online. How serious the situation was for me and my family and your company only cared about was the money. At this time, I prefer to remain anonymous, but I feel compelled to share my experience. My initial engagement with this law firm was promising — communication was fast and professional prior to payment. Unfortunately, once fees were settled, the level of responsiveness declined significantly. Despite multiple assurances, deadlines were repeatedly missed, and I found myself following up constantly, often without any reply. I even had to travel multiple times at my own expense due to the lack of updates or meaningful progress. This experience has been deeply disappointing, especially considering the significant financial and emotional toll it has taken. I do not feel that the service I received matched the expectations set at the start of our agreement. While I am not yet ready to share every detail or identify myself, I intend to publish a more complete account through my blogs and YouTube channels after leaving the Philippines. My goal is simply to tell the truth so that others can make informed decisions. Lastly, in my personal opinion, not all the positive reviews appear to reflect the same experience I had — though I fully respect that others may have had different outcomes.
