About Super 8 Hotel I made a reservation check-in Saturday 12/28/2024 and Check out Sunday 12/29/2024 and we paid in advance but unfortunately we had a fraud and we did not travel-
We called to cancel de reservation and get back the money and they said it is not possible due to was we paid in advance. It was not our fault.
Never tell you about the resort fee! See proof on attachment. Pretended to be the actual hotel to get me to book with them. Truly, truly, truly bad guys!
I was on the road trying to get a reservation at a particular hotel. They sought to give the impression of being the hotel. They never made a reservation for me. I showed up on a crowded night and only got a room because the nice lady at the desk had pity on me. I then called to figure out what had happened, and they wasted 15 minutes of my time and then hung up on me. NEVER USE THIS SITE. I have attached what their scam "confirm" looks like.
Note please: The hotel had never heard of them, and this FairBridge Inn in Kellogg ID is perfectly nice and the people are great.
