I felt like I needed more information as far as how to get rid of all information of myself on the internet because I don't want it out there

Been seeking I think I found a way to keep my personal life private

While the team was professional and helpful in answering my many questions. They gave me bad information related to how the monthly monitoring service works. I was told that once I paid I would get an email for me to fill in my information so that monitoring and subsequent listing removals be done. This was wrong info. I was supposed to list the information on the sign up page itslef. I called to say the email did not come I did see other results which were meaningless and not even worth the $10 bucks/mo. The agent said to fill in my info on the site and she would reset the 30 day search for that day. THAT NEVER HAPPENED/ So I am paying for what seems to be a worthless search and removal.

Not clear on what I'm rating good or bad, was it good you found the information, was the information incorrect, was it bad that you found it? Just not clear on your rating system, but it's been one of those days... may be me, not you ;)

More precisely, I would rate my experience as a 4.5 but I decided to pick 4 since I am limited to whole stars. The application is not intrusive in the way that it channels users, and seems to offer help in the right places. I believe it could be made better by making this load a separate page (or if this is a SPA instead of a traditional website, you could even use routing to make it still seem like a seamless application. That would eliminate the need for the modal pop-up. Also, I noticed with the application itself, I can still scroll the website while the modal is open. The background is lightened to help with contrast even, yet I can still scroll up and down. Almost like the application pop up isn't focused. If you want me to continue to help you define your user experience, let me know using the email provided. It's free of course, I'm looking to learn more and get more experience by experimenting and designing the user's screen to compliment the brand. Up to you!
