Ordered replacement bearings for our Whirlpool Cabrio Washer. They cost $28 shipped to my door and it only took 2-days to receive them. I replaced the bearings and we are back in business!
The repair kit was great, not available on other sites so it saved us a lot of money buying just this kit instead of a whole rear drum. It arrived quickly and our washing machine now works correctly.
Item has not arrived yet 4 days late as of today. Needed parts to repair a service cart quickly, however vehicle is still out of service.
Ordered the product online Saturday not knowing where it was shipping from. Sent an email requesting information on shipping that same Saturday even though I had already placed my order. They responded to my email next day on Sunday. Wow. Never had a business get back to me on a Saturday or Sunday ever. They stated my order would be processed on Monday and shipped out same day from California via USPS priority. They did indeed get it out on Monday and sent me a tracking number as well. Received my product on Wednesday afternoon only two days after it was shipped. Wow that was fast for 5 bucks. Was very happy with my product even got a cool little sticker I will be placing on one of my vehicle. Very happy will shop again and recommend.
I think Japan makes excellent products and if made elsewhere their quality is still going to be held at a very high standard such as these bearings. I would like to see 2 tubes of grease. Not enough with just 1 to pack seal fully.
New in the box. Wife says the washer is quieter than the first day we bought it. The washer is quiet and running great. It helps to clean all the drum prior to reinstall which you may not get that type of service with a professional just replacing the bearing of you want to shell out 500.00 for a professional.

Talk to customer service, rude& no help.The product was suppose to increase flow, but did exactly what the last pump did. I use the product on a brand new pump, so I would get the best results, I wish I could return, sense I only used it on a dyno test, and it fell flat at top end over 4500rpms

Sorry for the delay in your package, this is due to a USPS delay at the Los Angeles sorting facility. We have several packages that have had this delay over the last 7-8 days. We have both E-mailed and gone down to our local Post Office and spoken to the Post Master & Supervisor. They have relayed that this seems to be due to the increase in Priority Packages and since they are processed first, the delays are impacting the 1St Class packages the most. They are seeing a 5-7 day delay on most packages but hope to have this issue resolved soon.
Please understand that we do strive to please all of our customers, all orders received by 3:00 PM PST Monday – Friday it is processed the same day and dropped off at the Post Office that same day. For all orders that are placed on Friday after 3:00 PM are processed Monday and dropped off to the Post office that same day.
Please be patient and you will receive your packages and they have indeed shipped as outlined above. We hope the USPS can resolve this issue soon and have your packages delivered to you quickly.
