Sent off my phone for a screen replacement. I was quoted that it would be back within a week. Long story short it took a little over FIVE weeks. I couldn't call as the number just went to answer machine and the only form of communication was via email and they where painfully slow to respond. In the end i got my phone back with a fixed screen and now i have a slight gap where the screen meets the phone. GREAT!
What a dreadful approach to customer service. A simple repair took seven weeks to complete. In two chat conversations, promises were made to complete the repair and those dates came and went with no communication let alone apologies. Emails were not responded to. A message on the site stated that the company was not accepting new orders until Oct 1 2014 due to a backlog and that all existing repairs would be carried out and returned by Oct 10th. That date came and went. Under no circumstance would I recommend this company to anyone.
Had my phone fixed here last week. It was done whilst i waited. Great service all round
Absolutely terrible company.
Terrible service. They will keep your item for a month and not contact you at all. And when you manage to speak to someone via email (As their phone lines are down) all they do is out and out lie to you. Say that your item has been posted when it hasn't, just to get you off their back.
Do not use their services! You will regret it!
