I ordered food for rabit on the website at a discount. When I ordered, there were 3 packs available and I bought 2. Having received a notice not to come to the store until the order was ready, I waited 3 days. When I arrived at the store, it turned out that there was no stock and they promised to contact me. When I came to the store again, it turned out that more than 5 days had passed and that's it. Avoid this place, don't waste your time and money.
There has been a great loss to this organization, due to a "new manager's allergy" A once beautiful large cage, that held possible adoptees is now being taken, and no cats can be held in the store, because of this manager- - take her out, not them!
I am disappointed with the customer service online and in store they have zero customer service online they don't even have online chatting option also they don't answer the phone doesn't matter how many voice messages or emails you sent they never reply I will not recommend this business they don't even honour their advertising it's BS advertise. You should see the manager at Barrhaven location how rude she is she will argue with the customer for hours than she will provide help they just want to get pay cheque and not working easy money with rude attitude towards customers
I have been waiting five business days for a response from customer service. I followed up, still nothing. Maybe they wait for the return period to expire so they don't have to issue any refunds.
I will never buy anything from thiis company again.
No assistance staff watched us lug large freezer packages out.

When at cash the cashier was sitting in a stool we had to somehow lug all the stuff we had closer to her so she could scan
I.dont know if she is disabled or injured but someone else should have been up there to assist her if so
I spent over 325.00 in raw food and she rudely said to me.as I was looking at another free sample that I could only have one and I allready have one.

What an awesome pet store Ren's pet store in Niagara Falls the customer service is absolutely incredible they've got everything you need great prices friendly bunch of people I wouldn't shop anywhere else
I received a $5 off admission to the Canadian Pet Expo from Ren's, so I went. Was very impressed with the booth they had, the free samples they gave out, the coupons they gave and the pleasant staff working the both. Will definitely be going to the store in my area. Thank you, keep up the good work.
I decided to check out the new store in Orillia and what a disappointment. They have nothing for reptiles, nothing for fish and their prices are way to much. Some of the staff were helpful but noticed one staff member had her face stuck to a computer screen. Will definitely not return but will go to their competition... Pet Smart.
Ren's has great value and good instore service. Online is terrible, always issues with prices and coupons. Kelly is not friendly, hopefully learns to become a better CSR. Instore experience I would give a 4 and online a 1.
Thought I'd go in and take a look around. The store was large, very clean and had tons of goodies to go through. The minute my sister and I walked in the door we were greeted by a friendly staff member and all the staff were friendly and helpful there. How refreshing! The prices were comparable to other shops and I actually found a few new flavours of cat food that my cats just love. I will be back!
The manager, staff, were dismissive. Not knowledgeable on products and food. A brand new puppy.
I would not recommend this store to anyone. Stay away. Toxic. Lots of drama queens. Not educated or trained. The food they recommended made my puppy very ill. Big vet bill. Vet was not impressed, and reported them to the college, humane society, spca, etc. The staff dress sloppy. Nose piercing, pink, blue hair. Very unprofessional! No name tags! Stay away.
Normally I purchase my pet supplies from the Rymal Rd location. But for a short time they are temporally closed. So I made the trip to the Ancaster Store. When I arrived the clerk was outside serving other customers, I had waited for my turn, keeping distance and wearing my mask to ask a question regarding a certain product. She told me that I would have to phone in my order, I told her I understand that, however before I can do that I have a question. She told me to go sit in my call and call her. I was standing there with other customers, she could have simply answered the question. So I may have had clarification on the product before ordering it. I got back in my car and drove away. I will be looking for another pet store that is willing to serve their customers and answer product related questions until Rymal reopens. Very rude service from the Ancaster location.
Every location I've shopped at I have been greated by lovely and knowledgeable staff. Great coupons and deals on a variety of supplies. We have moved to a city where *unfortunately* there is no Rens so now I shop online and get products delivered.
What kind of stupid system are you implementing? Turning into PetSmart or you already are?
You need to work on your horrible outdated website if you decided to comply with all this communist country that is dictated by some pieces of garbages. We order on line and you steal our money and pack whatever you feel like in a bag and don't even care to apologize for stealing.
You used to collect the money in store AFTER you packed the order with the items you actually have in the store not lying about "online" and fool people to buy.

I entered the St Catharines store at 6:58, they close at 7:00. I heard, "we're closed" being shouted behind me. When I showed my phone, indicating they were still open "the manager" replied, "get out of here or I'll call the cops". Buying cat food shouldn't be this complicated.
I don't usually complain, but this was extreme.
As a long time customer I am very disappointed in your online order pickup process at your Oakville / Trafalgar location. Place an online order for pickup to avoid entering the store. When we arrived, we were informed by an employee at the store, that we needed to wait in line (about 35 people) with the others that were waiting to enter to do a normal shop. Once we waited, we were to go into the store to pickup our order, then would have to wait in the cash registered line with the others to pay for the order. This defeats the whole purpose of ordering on line – so I left without our order.
Come on Ren's, get your curb side pickup process fixed.
Order has been delayed over 2 months now. Spent over $200 on 2 items. Not happy at all! The products are ridiculously priced and most are sold out.
Order food as soon as the sales come up, never able to get the items, message comes up, "item removed". Never able to get no matter how fast I try.
Store caters mostly to dogs, not cats
The customer service is exceptional. I have nothing but great things to say about this Rens. The staff have gone above and beyond every time I stop by.
I was such a good, on going customer to them and they were careless of the business i was bringing to them!
They wouldn't and didn't want to help me.
Oh well just to bad some other companies will care!
