This company does not honor the credits they give to your account! Beware! They issued me a $399 credit in January 2026 only to keep charging me another $399 in February 2026 and not honor the previous credit I had. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! It is a pitty this happened recently. Their service had been really nice before this situation.
I did not continue the service after the first shipment and did not follow up with any blood tests, yet I noticed they had continued charging me $299 for 2 straight months afterwards--even though no other medicine was shipped to me nor any services rendered. They refused to refund me also!
Only need an email to access their site, leaving it open to access healthcare information and credit card information.
THIS IS THE MOST GHETTO COMPANY THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE, ONLY THE VOLUME OF PEOPLE THEY CAN PUSH THROUGH. I paid the $299 and they do not tell you that that's only the first month they just charge you for $399. (You can get the real Zepbound not the fake this company sells cheaper on other sites just research it? When I called for my consultation I sat on hold for over 30 min until I called back and explained I had been waiting on the doctor for 30 min and they told me this was normal! WHAT! So after another 13 min a lady of Korean Descent gets on the video chat, she was clearly in another country and I could not tell you one word the lady said as she was on with me maybe 1.5 min and asked no health questions. Next thing I got an email saying Prescription approved. I knew at that time I was dealing with a company that was most likely a scam. I never received the medication as it said delivered but never was. Upon checking it was delivered to the wrong house because the delivery picture looked nothing like my home! I filed a claim with Fed ex and notified Remedy meds that I would like to cancel my account and get a refund about a week later when they had not even reshipped my medication. It is now 3 months later and I still have not received my money back from this company and I disputed it with my credit card and they have gone as far as to lie to my credit card company and tell them the charge is valid, as they email me telling me that it takes uop to 90 days for the refund to show. This confirms that they are based in another country to even think I would believe that. My next step is is sue them because this has messed up my credit rating and put me $300 over my credit line and I am having to pay for something I have never received because they delivered it to the wrong residence. Do yourself a favor and go through a more reputable company NOT the cheapest. I have talked to others that used Remedy and they think the meds are fake, they lost no weight in 6 mo. Do not get scammed like I did.
I lost all of my hard-earned money, and Crypto Capital was a terrible experience. It was terrible, and I had no idea how many innocent people they had tricked with their tactics. Thankfully, ****UNI/ (VER) /SUM\ LTD. (COM)****, a respectable business that specializes in locating and retrieving money and profits that have been stolen. I was able to reclaim what was rightfully mine with their informed assistance. They provided me with comfort and made sure that justice was served at every stage of the procedure.
I've BEEN WITH THEM SINCE SEPTEMBER OF 2024, IT STARTED OUT OK, AND LATELY IVE NOTICED THE DELIVERY TIMES OF THE MEDICATION HAS. EED TAKING LONGER AND LONGER… BUT YET THEY STILL ARE ABLE TO TAKE YOUR $400 WITHIN MINUTES! I PLACED MY MOST RECENT ORDER THIS LAST THURSDAY' 7/10/25, IVE LITERALLY HAVE YET TO RECEIVE AN EMAIL, TEXT OR PHONE CALL, THIS IS NOW 7 DAYS LATER TELLING ME ANYTHING! 🤷🤦🤷🤦I MEAN NOT EVEN OH! IM SORRY! THINGS ARE SOMEWHAT DELAYED, OR SOMETHING? IVE REACHED OUT TO THESE PPL 5 TIMES ONLY TO BE TOLD ITS BEEN "ESCALATED " TWICE. BUT YET IVE NEVER RECEIVED NOT ONE CALL BACK!? AT LEAST 4-5 RECENT REVIEWS I NOTICED ARE 1 STARS, INDICATING THE VERY SAME THING, DELAYED DELIVERY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, ETC, THE COMPANY IS DEFINITELY GOING DOWN HILL. I FINALLY CALLED TONIGHT AND CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP AND REQUESTED A FULL REFUND.
WHAT HAPPENS IS THESE PPL GET SO COCKY. AND START TO LAY EMPLOYEES OFF SO THEY CAN KEEP MORE PROFIT FOR THEMSELVES… THEY LITERALLY HAVE HAD MY $400 FOR OVER 7 DAYS NOW! AND THEY"VE BEEN COLLECTING INTEREST ON IT! MEANWHILE, WHAT DO I HAVE? NOTHING 🤷🤷🤷🤷
DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS…
THEIR SCAMMERS IVE CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP. I WONT DEAL WITH SCAMMERS HOPEFULLY YOU WONT EITHER
I signed up for this service in late April, but the pharmacy team was unable to deliver my Rx in time for my next dose. I contacted the support team multiple times to only confirm that there was no definite timeframe for delivery, they claimed it could take 7-14 days for delivery, but was sometimes faster. I went back to Lilly Direct to ensure I had my dose in time and contacted support by phone on 4/30 to cancel my membership and the woman I spoke with cancelled my membership and said that she would refund me. I then received an automated email saying that you can't refund me because the Rx has been "released to the pharmacy" and to review the TOS. I have not received any medication and they are refusing to refund me, DO NOT RECOMMEND!
This company's conduct is criminal and they should be immediately shutdown and criminally charged, unfortunately with the orange a$$hole that will never happen! This company is the type of scam he wishes he was smart enough to pull off, thankfully my credit card company stood by me and refunded my money! I sympathize with those who have been screwed by this company peddling fake, non FDA approved medication and trying to present themselves as a legitimate medical organization. Stay as far away from Remedy Meds as you can, you very well could be putting your life in danger using their supposed medication not knowing what you are even taking! It is criminal the way they are preying upon desperate people!
Be aware that this company requires you to have your blood drawn to continue getting prescriptions from them. I canceled because of this. Provider never told me this during the initial interview upfront.
Wish i found all the bad reviews sooner. I signed up for tirzepatide and first month was great. Second order they mixed it with B12 and i had a bad acne breakout. 3rd order i received an email that order was behind. Etc etc. after some more research it turns out this is a common issue. I then sent them a message that i will cancel if order is not shipped. Next day i get an email that its shipped and they gave me a tracking number. Tracking number has no data when clicked on it. Just canceled.
I started this program a month ago. When i received my 2nd dosage of medication it was the WRONG dosage. I have called 6 time in the last 3 days. They give you the run around and say oh i am really sorry. I will have someone call you back. They never call back.
They will collect your medical history and drain your banl ac$#*! and never received product. No idea how they are still in business.
This is my accurate experience and on par with what you could likely expect. I was a customer previously. Signed up to start my subscription again after a 1.5 month break. They had no problem billing me $299 immediately and scheduled my appointment with a doctor. Remedy med customer service said I did not have to complete the questionnaire when I asked and explained I started to do it online but the questions being asked on the questionnaire were about me being currently on the medication. Wasted appointment with doctor who said could not do appointment with no questionnaire. I called customer service to explain. They said just fill in the best you can do the refill questionnaire which I did immediately and the scheduled me the next available appointment. I got on the next available appointment slot. I logged in on time and waited 13 minutes. No one ever came on to do the virtual visit. I called remedy meds back. This process has been horrible to be honest. They offered me $25 credit for my inconveniencebto which I said no thank you. I would rather leave my honest negative review of my experience. I think I understand the hustle, if they can delay long enough they can bill another 299 because it's on auto pay on a date not exactly correlated to time you may need the refill and only allowed or supposedly allowed for refills after 3rd dose which the date can get pushed out with the virtual visit and answering the questionnaire truthfully. I am just disappointed. I work in healthcare and outright angry.
I had my first appointment in early January 2025. 2nd appt. Never happened & was charge $399 no refund was issued. Bad!
Updated: after posting reviews on here and TrustPilot, I received a email with a bribe to my TrustPilot review. I was told I received $75 back and would get the remainder of my refund after I removed the TrustPilot review. Do NOT trust this company.
I was charged twice within 2 weeks of starting. When I reached out, I get incoherent replies to questions I've never asked. I've never had worse customer service.
I cancelled my subscription after my first order because the oral semaglutide did not suppress my appetitie and I gained weight taking it. I only made one order that was sent to the pharmacy and I received only one order. However, they charged my credit card a second time and after I contacted them they said they would refund me. Well that was back on Nov. 6,2024. Today is Dec. 29,2024 and my credit card company still has not received the refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and RemedyMeds challenged the dispute so my credit card company closed the dispute. Today I filed a formal complaint with the Better Busness Bureau. I hope they can help me resolve this and get my refund. I am sick and tired of contacting RemedyMeds which I have done numerous times and they keep lying to me telling me they sent the refund. I contacted them for the last time today Dec. 29,2024. I warn you to not do business with this company because if the drugs do not work and you cancel they will keep charging your credit card and then they will not refund you. Do not trust them nor believe their refund policy. I will never do business with them again nor any company that has a subscription membership with recurring charges. I advise you to do the same. Stay away from businesses with memberships. They are a trap!
The process and delivery of the medication are great, however use extreme caution when dealing with these "doctors" I was approved for Semaglutide and took it for 2 1/2 months as prescribed only to find out it has a potentially dangerous interaction with another medication I take and could have caused me harm. I've worked an emergency medicine for almost 20 years and know how seriously drug interactions should be taken. I was hung up on by a provider before I could ask how to file a formal complaint. I have since reached out via email requesting a copy of my intake paperwork which will clearly show a complete list of all my medications taken and the names of the providers I spoke with and have been given the run around. The company was caught in a lie, stating my intake paperwork shows no record of me taking this certain medication, but if that were true, how would the provider I spoke with know I took it? The fact that they refused to provide this documentation only cements my belief they are trying to cover up their mistake. I've since been given a refund for the money I spent on a medication I never should've been taking, which I appreciate, but mistakes of this nature could end up causing somebody their life and I refuse to allow that to happen if there is something I can do about it. Please use extreme caution and using this company and make sure to do your own homework (which I should have done) when it comes to medication interactions.
I turned 75 in November this year, four months ago I started medication on remedy meds. Sent in my refill request 5 days ago, and was told today I can't get the meds cause I'm 75 years old. I never would have started this if I was told this upfront. I just started to loose the weight and now I have to find another way to get my medication. My doctor will give it to me, but he's away for the holidays so I'm up a creek so to speak
I canceled not only twice on the Semiglude injections because of financial reasons but they not only charged my card twice after canceling, NO PRODUCTS WERE EVER SENT TO ME. I'm waiting in credit.
I have been attempting to resolve this issue for close to a week. Meds were not in the shipment. They have had 8 different contacts with no solution. I have sent picture of the package to 3 contacts. We have cameras and ring and live in a gated community. Reviewed all rings the package was not tampered with prior to drop off so it happened prior to drop off. At this point the only solution is to contact my credit card company. I also attempted to cancel my membership and they reinstated it. I had to take my credit card off my profile. I am now looking for another program since I haven't had meds in close to a week.
