Perfect Shape NEO was an ideal investment for our new spa. Rejuva Fresh is a US brand and gave us training, and we chose them based on good reputation for ems treatment. At the same time we were relieved that their prices are not extremely high like BTL … and best of all clients are pleased with treatment results.

Rejuva Fresh has excellent support, always they are coming up with new powerful technologies and combination treatments for fat-blasting. Best in the industry by far! I am planning to recommend it to friends as well.

This a terrible company that sends broken machines and does not want to take accountability or refund the full purchase price. They operate overseas and is where their machines come from not the US as claimed. They will direct you to all different places and people including have you speak via messenger with people in China who are only available after 9 pm and expect you to take late night calls on FaceTime to discuss the machines malfunction which is extremely unprofessional. They also have several "bases" they claim here in the US but they are rather no name factories. We spent a lot of our money to return this machine from the east coast to the west coast via a freight carrier to an unknown warehouse in CA which was the address provided by them as well as an attached bogus number they provided to call when it was delivered. When the carrier showed up they could not find the unit number which wasn't provided and the number to call which wasn't working so it wound up being another headache to get ahold of someone to sign for it. They have yet to refund us the total amount we spent and claim they need to deduct the amount for the delivery fee when they sent to us which was included in the original total price. They only try to replace the machine or refer you to an overseas tech department who will suggest to start taking pieces apart and fix it yourself. After such a negative experience in only a few days time I did not want to deal with this company again or accept a replacement which could be broken again and cost us more time and money so we cut our losses by sending the broken machine back at our own expense but now have not been refunded the whole cost we originally paid. Be aware and don't make the mistake of purchasing anything from this company. You will lose a lot of money, time and aggravation. As a valued customer who does the right things you should expect the same in return and that is just not the case at all with this company and does not operate with decent intentions.

The diode laser hair removal machine stopped working after a month and a half, since it was under warranty, they promised to send me a new laser. I sent it at my own expense, not only did they delay the shipment for a month, but instead of a new one they sent an old scratched with a damaged screen and a non-functional laser. Never work with them. They promise a lot of things but then don't respond for a long time and don't fulfill their promises.

Impressive Customer Service I'm really impressed with the Rejuva Fresh website. The way they describe the machines they sell is super clear and informative. Plus, their customer service is top-notch. I've had a couple of questions, and they got back to me right away, and they're not just helpful but also really friendly. And here's the kicker – they even offer free training! That's a big reason why I went with them. I can't recommend Rejuva Fresh enough – they've got my vote!

The quality of their machines is really good. I've been using my Rejuva Fresh lipo laser cavitation machine for one month already and seeing noticeable slimming results on my thighs and belly. I recently had some questions and customer service answered within 1 hour! I definitely recommend.

The customer service is excellent. My cavitation machine had an issue with the vacuum handle, and they sent me a new one right away after I showed them a video. They definitely stand behind their products.

I need to tell you that I've had so many questions because I am a comparison shopper by nature. Their support has always called me back. Great company. My friend has the Rejuva Fresh hydra beauty facial machine in her salon. Based on my personal experience the treatment with it is amazing. My face looked and felt super refreshed after. Pore size less big and smoother skin too! I also ordered their body oil and the shipping is was very fast. Cannot wait to try it!

I received my cavitation machine recently and I have been seeing excellent results. Power is very strong compared to my last machine which was from mychway and rather weak. With my new Rejuva Fresh 9-in-1 machine I lost more than an inch after my first session!
Just today, I also ordered some cellulite cream which is more for the toning. I definitely recommend Rejuva Fresh. Customer service is also excellent!

I have purchase a hydrofacial machine from this company. It has arrived damaged. Return policy states if buyer paid with PayPal ( which I did) they are not eligible for return! Ind=stead, this company sent me a new base for the machine which cannot be put on unless you take the whole thing apart. Additionally,\they have sent me the wrong plug for Canada. The look of this machine is cheep and unprofessional with stickers stuck on poorly or ripping off already. So disappointed as a new business owner, I could have used my money somewhere else! I will never buy from them!

I love their machines and gels. My ems machine has excellent energy. I use it twice per week and I'm starting to see more definition in my abs already. I also ordered gel and it is a big size. Very pleased! I love that it is easy to use and I also love that you can easily reach out to their customer service if you have any questions about the product. They are very helpful and kind.
