We are based in the UK and bought two machines. We paid £10,000 and have had a lot of problems. It has been impossible over several months to get it fixed. They ask us to unscrew the machine. They ask us to fiddle in the back of the machine where there are lots of wires and electrical equipment. They have now sent us a motherboard and at 6pm on a Friday night they are asking us with their verbal guidance to go into the back of the machine, pull out wires, label them, take out the motherboard, know which wires go where and to put them back. It has proved impossible and now I am writing this review on hold for a Manager who can hopefully fix this mess. A customer having to work on their machine with electrics, wires and motherboards is mind-blowing. I spent my money and now I need some form of service.

When our customer service called you recently to offer assistance she could barely get a word in edgewise, and you told her on a recorded call “I’m leaving as many bad reviews as possible if you don’t [send a UK based technician at no expense to me or a brand new machine]”. Well, as we have told you several times, yes we are totally willing to send a technician to you, if you don’t want to meet us on zoom again.
For everyone’s information - this customer has owned the equipment he invested in for years, and recently abruptly left the meeting when our technician met with him via zoom to evaluate and resolve a technical problem.
We have offered him more than one solutions, including send a technician according to the Warranty policy or continue abd finish the zoom meeting. Both will result in the machine working again. Unfortunately the customer doesn’t agree and, to be blunt, communication with this customer has been extremely difficult at best.
Just got my machine in. Shipping was fast and communication was grate. Rejuva sent me many videos and link to watch to get prepared prior to arrival. Sent valubal how to set up vedio. Extremely helpful. Can't wait to start using it.

We have just purchased our machine. Delivery was great! Machine came in a well protective case which was great because the shipment with FedEx was rough. The hard protective case even had dents in it. Before I made my purchase, I contacted customer service with questions about two different machines. They made it very easy to make my selection. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The only thing to change is to have the detailed instructions about unboxing available beforehand. We missed a step or two because we were unaware until afterwards. Still, a great experience.
