If I could give zero stars, I would. We booked a door-to-door relocation service from Dehradun to Hyderabad, and this pathetic excuse of a company delivered our bikes to Bangalore instead. Seriously — Bangalore! And they shamelessly asked us to pick it up from there. What kind of scam is this? After endless back-and-forth, lies, and zero accountability, they finally agreed to send it to Hyderabad — but even then, they dumped everything 50 km away from our address. So much for "door-to-door" service. It gets worse — our bikes were damaged, and when the truck finally showed up (late, again), we had to unload everything ourselves. No labour, no apology, no basic professionalism. Our bikes were shipped offline and we had no clue where they were because there was no tracking number for us to track. This was easily the most stressful and frustrating experience we've had. The level of carelessness, lack of responsibility, and outright incompetence is unbelievable. If you value your belongings, your time, or your mental peace — AVOID this company at all costs. They don't deserve your business.

I handed over my bike for transportation from Bengaluru to patna on 5th march.
I was told it will be delivered within 7days. Payment process get delayed. Before payment they told me that tracking id will be given just after the payment. I got my tracking id after 2 days of payment, around 11th of april. They lied that my is loaded on 9th april only.
They don't give proper information, even if you call head office or the pickup boy.
When i picked my bike from godown on 16th april, the side mirror was missing. And no one is taking responsibility. They are dropping my phone saying they have sent it. But, it's clearly missing from the package. Before booking they said they will take the responsibility of damage or loss.
Even when i called to company helpline number. They are also saying the same thing. Even he said 'you can go and complaint to commissioner '.

This company can not be trusted l. The only thing.

I am adding more here, because i did not any option to add new review. This is what happened when reviewed this company.

I got a call from them and he said ' i was about to parcel your stuff but now i will not parcel it, because you gave us bad review'. Also he said provoking words about state as well.

Then i messaged him, i will again add one more review about your company. He said ' do whatever you want to do, from your single review ny company will not get closed'. And of course this guy is not smart enough to leave proof. This last thing he said on audio msg and i have it.

I had a very bad experience with these guys. Recently I have shifted from Delhi to Patna and I have opted for Angel Packers and Movers based on above reviews.

Their service was pathetic. They have missed some luggage. They have transported without assigning any number. Though we found that those things were with them till now we did not get those things back to us. All furniture was handled bad and delivered in a bad condition. Though they are saying that they will take necessary action for that, no action was taken since 7 days. I have bought this furniture just few days before I left Pune and these guys knows that.

In future I will never go with this kind of Packers and Movers and I suggest you the same. I will update this once looking at their action part on my damage.

They have stolen my AC coper wire cost 4000.
All glasses are broken
Some furniture become useless.
Fridge has lot of scratch...
All employee are bull$#*!...

I sent hardly 40-50kgs of stuffs, they make an invoice of 110 kgs. After hours of arguments they revised the invoice to 90 kgs. Shame... Scam to customers...

Packing and shifting was done by their team, once the luggage was shifted to their Godown, they called and told that 9 K will be charged extra from the agreed price as the luggage is more … their packing team will increase the number of cartons will fully just to charge extra …. Highly unprofessional and rude employees … pls don't get into their trap …

I took a relocation service from Rehousing packers and movers to send some of my luggage from Delhi to Bombay. Their staff came to pick up my bags on the given date and time, and my package was delivered safely to my home. The company did good Packaging, and they also provided tracking. No any hidden charges

The owner provides the best service. On-time arrival completed the packing on time and reached at destination on promised time. I highly recommend it to all. I have called various packers in Gurgaon, but Rehousing packers and movers offered the best price. The packing was good in 3 layers.no goods were broken, and I was pleased with the service.

From shifting the house to properly assembling all the items to the new house everything was excellent and the people who came were very professional. Charges also were affordable. Recently i moved from Chennai to Pune on 27th Aug, they packed my all stuff very well, specially furniture stuff, i had two wardrobe- three door and one door, large bookshelves and queen size book, tv unit, day bed and queen size bed, even i had 6 large size glass shelves, all the items were safely reached to pune without a single damage. I really appreciate effort done by Somnath and team. They are excellent in packaging and prompt service. Even they were doing side packaging twice for all delicate stuff to avoid any damage.

I moved my household goods using their services from Delhi to Bangalore. I had approached them just one day before as my planned packers ditched me in last moment.
