We purchased an electrostatic sprayer from this company. We saw it was under warranty so we felt comfortable making the purchase. We purchased the sprayer in June, We received it in July, understandable with COVID back ups. We tested the machine and it worked well, The first job we used it on it worked fine. The second job we used it on, the machine died. Completely died, no warning it was at full battery, we even used the correct charger and product inside.
Long story short I called the company, they gave me an email for the manufacturer to honor the warranty. Multiple emails sent, no Response. I called the company back again and was given a different email. I got response there and a number to call. The representative for Rehabmart told me the technician said its a bad battery, they the want to charge me an additional $80 to fix the product. Last I checked, the product had warranty to cover this right?!
Yes that's correct but we don't honor them, its the manufacturer and we aren't able to get ahold of them.
I said ok then process my return, weve used it 1 1/2 times and now its DEAD. Ill send the machine back... Oh I'm sorry that machine is non returnable once we ship it, it is what it is... So basically I was screwed out of 2300. 00.

This company is dishonest. My mother has Parkinson's Disease and is not able to use the cane my father purchased her because she says it's heavy and she can't manage it. They have a 30 day return policy and they are denying the refund (the request for the refund was made before the 30 days) because they claim a cane is a hygiene product. Ridiculous! If you open the box, how can you try out the product to see if it is something that you can actually use. The representative said once you open the box, you can't return that. That's deceitful. How can you try the product to see if it would be helpful to you? I find their business practice appalling and dishonest.
This company made a mistake and sent wrong item. Will not pay for return or give full refund.
They are very rude. They lie!
The items I received were not only missing parts but several of them were broken, I've tried to be patient but all they do is ignore you not return your phone calls and refer you to an email that nobody responds too. I would never under any circumstances do business with this company because all you'll get is broken parts and it'll be your problem now.
We have placed order and paid on 21/8, when we asked them by live chat serval times for tracking number, they said they will email to us. But we did not receive any email for tracking number. We sent email and call them serval times but we got no reply as well. Almost 3 weeks... but we don't know our order was shipped or not. What can we do...?
I ordered a $300 shower seat, and can't seem to get an update on it. It was to ship in 7-10 days, but nothing!. I emailed them, no response. I called and stayed on hold over an hour and no one ever answered.

Fantastic sales and service! I spoke with several staff members before I ordered my Veloped All Terrain Sport. Very knowledgeable, courteous, patient and kind. Highly recommended for all your rehab needs! Cecelia
Buyer beware! I ordered a Kaye walker and was advised via Chat to order a walker that was way too big for my daughter. You cannot exchange and they charge a 30% restocking fee. I contacted them immediately and the walker was never used. Their "customer service" is a one woman show who is rude and does nothing to accommodate customers. After "reviewing" my chat, they said I'm wrong and pretty much out of luck. They did reduce restock fee to 15%, which is still unacceptable. I will donate the walker before I give extra money to these scumbags, but do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I'm also fairly confident website review are fraudulent-if you search this company on 3rd party sites, it is bad news!
I would love to give this company a minus 5. The worst experience I have ever come across with any company. My order comes though, does not fit. You can NOT return without RMA # so I tried and had to leave message on machine 3 times with no call back from return department for a RMA #. I called customer service at least 6 times, finally get a answer - Macy (must be working from home) answered with tv and background noise so bad, and not saying anything until I spoke Hello about 4 times. Macy says she can not do anything except tell me to go on line. There is not an link for the address she gave me to use for returns. Oh, and she told me I would be better off just keeping my item because I would not get much money back from them anyway. I called customer, Macy answered saying her supervisor was gone for day. Finally talked to supervisor Christa (3rd day trying, but don't waste your time. You will only be told what you heard (you did not hear) and it is all others fault of what happened. Her people are the only ones who is doing anything right in this small company. I will NEVER order ANYTHING from Rehabmart again. OH, I forgot to tell you that even though it says returns with RMA. Christa NOW tells me they can't except any returns of my mattress, even though it is still in same plastic and box it came in. No use at all. Christa says their return policy is long but we should read all fine print. Funny thing for a supervisor to say. Oh well, I will not recommend ANYONE to PURCHASE anything from REHABMART. MINUS 5 for sure
We were accidentally sent a duplicate Rehabmart order back in Jan 2020 and have been trying to work with them to get it picked up ever since. In the first month and a half after the error, I made more than 16 calls, spoke with no less than 5 different employees, from two different departments (all of which reassured me this would be taken care of quickly), and left at least 9 different messages that were never once returned. At the end of February, I suddenly got an email from the manufacturer saying they scheduled a pick up for the very next day. This gave us less than 24hrs notice, and my elderly parents were sick at the time, so we could not accept the sudden appointment. Also, the driver called to say he would be there after dark, which would have made the pickup very dangerous due to the conditions of the roads in the area. I relayed this all to a representative at Rehabmart and was reassured that we could reschedule for the following week. Then again nothing, so I switched to emails.
Approximately 26 emails later and still no help from Rehabmart. So, on March 5th, I finally messaged them that I was now considering the items to be unsolicited goods and would be disposing or donating them as I saw fit and gave them until the next day to respond so we could at last work something out. They replied but went right back into the same tactics of pointing at something else as the problem, such saying my father called twice (when we have phone records that show he didn't) and that was why the suddenly scheduling mistake happened, or using a reply that simply said they would be looking into it as if it were an actual answer to my request for more information.
Another week passed, and on Mar 11th I informed the representatives at Rehabmart that I had scheduled to have the items donated the following Monday, the 16th. The next day, I received an email from the manufacturer wanting to now arrange a pickup. On Mar 18th, a Rehabmart representative finally messaged me noting that I had not replied to the email from the manufacturer and to please do so, "so that we can proceed with this." I told them I had gotten rid of the items as I said I would. Their response, "If the items have been disposed of we will communicate that to the manufacturer and you may proceed with them directly from there." To which I reminded them that had been previously told by more than one Rehamart representative that as a Rehabmart customer I would never be expected to straighten things out with the manufacture, but here they were wanting me to do just that. The Rehabmart representative responded by questioning a typo in my email.
Choosing to focus on a misspelled name instead of the issue that has been dragging on for more than 2 months is very typical of the kind of "customer service" I have received from Rehabmart. They "respond", but never actually say anything; they give overtures of helpfulness, but never actually accomplish anything, and they procrastinate and have me run in circles until I've reached the end of my patience, then send a message wondering why I'm not more responsive to working things out, while completely ignoring your own culpability in the matter. It's like some kind of customer gaslighting. Again... and again... and again... and... I would give them another chance only to have them act the same way... FOR OVER TWO MONTHS... MORE THAN 8 WEEKS... APPROXIMATELY 62 DAYS... they did this, yet I'm sure they will mark it in their notes that I was being uncooperative.
I had purchased a very expensive shower transfer system. Customer service is NOT first class. Know this when making the purchase, they will charge your credit card immediately, you must assume your item will ship eventually because they will not respond in a timely manner for actually shipping information. If you just spent $2600 on an item but cannot get shipping information, you cannot cancel the order, they have policies against that. You better make sure they have the lowest price b/c they do not want to honor their low price guarantee, I found a lower price, they would not match it. If you try to hold them accountable for poor customer service don't think you can return the unopened item because they have more policies against that. In summary, I would recommend buying from another site.
Leaky shower bed trolley broke at a weld. Poor workmanship. Response was ONLY through a customer service rep. No management engagement. Refused request to have replacement shipped overnight. Overall, poor quality product and mediocre response to a serious issue. RECOMMEND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Upon doing an internet search, I found the toilet riser my disabled husband needed at Rehabmart. I saw that there were two shapes available and that they had a very strict no returns policy. Consequently, I was very careful to order the correct one. The package arrived with the photo of the seat riser on the cover and I immediately saw it was the wrong one. I contacted the company indicating that they must have made an error. They told me the computer does not lie so it was my error. The package was never opened, so they could have accepted a return without violating health laws, but they would not budge on their stance that it was all my fault. As far as I'm concerned this is terrible public relations on their part. The arrogance of a large company claiming it could not have been their fault is appalling. I am out $100. They lost nothing except that this review will be posted in as many places as possible. If I was able to I would give them zero stars.
I used RehabMart when I worked in Prosthetics. I had no issues with them in fact they were one of my favorite go-to's when you get tired of Sammons Preston getting it wrong. I'd use them again if I had to.
