The boss is verbally abusive and rude towards employees. She doesn't treat her staff with respect even though she relies on them for everyday tasks because of her poor English and poor management skills. She also has anger management issues and seems delusional. I honestly think she needs to consult a professional. This review has been all about her because she's the one you'll notice if ever you get desperate enough to work in this company. You won't mind other things once you encounter her in the workplace, and for all the bad reasons.
