The only problem I had with the clock was with the hands which were
Very loose and I just hope they do not fall off. The
clock was a present for my granddaughter who has taken up horse riding lessons.

Redpost's Customer Service is truly incredible, in fact, I can honestly describe the service as legendary. I do not have enough nice things to say about this company and its employees - specifically, Ms. Bellamy, who has been such a pleasure to work with throughout my orders with Redpost. I am an international customer and living outside the UK has different facets to consider when it comes to ordering, including additional postage charges, or even simply requesting order modification accommodations; with that said, I will continue to purchase my beloved LeMieux items from Redpost every chance I'm able (I'm on my third or fourth order at this point, just in the last three months). Ms. Bellamy even reached out to me to offer the combination of in-stock items from my last order (partial order of pre-order items and in-stock items) and my latest order so that I would receive all available items sooner and not have to wait until the pre-ordered items arrive next month. What great service - I didn't realize anyone bothers or takes the time anymore to mention other available options and to go the extra mile, but Redpost, even before Ms. Bellamy offered such phenomenal kindness and service, Redpost truly has my patronage for life - as a customer, I truly feel they have my best interest in mind. I have shared their site with all of my friends; I wish this didn't sound like an advertisement, but I honestly cannot say enough about this company - I wish all online (and brick/mortars, for that matter) were so customer friendly. Redpost is truly a lovely company with such wonderfully kind and fantastically helpful people - thank you so very much. Direclty, thank you Ms. Bellamy, you've made my online shopping experiences with Redpost overwhelmingly remarkable ones - so much so, that I'm already looking forward to my next order. Cheers!

There was a slight delay in my order due to address error but this was handled quickly and professionally. It would have been really easy to blame the issue on user input error but they took my word that I had entered it correctly and escalated the issue. I was really impressed by the customer service.
