I the item was in two parts & only received one. Contacted customer service & haven't had a reply :( The postage was as much as the item so overall not a very positive experience & a disappointed little girl.

I returned the head collar as it only just about fitted. The clip on it was also of inferior quality in my opinion and was difficult to operate, otherwise I would have exchanged it for a bigger size
