Easy shopping experience

Fast and efficient service, and my Musto riding coat was a great price and great product.

I ordered arma over reach boots and you sent me shires and then when I rang and complained you emailed back to say Shires now own arma and they are the same product. They are not. Arma has leather closing flaps in the same colour as the boot, shires has cheap black Velcro on a brown boot

Superfast delivery great service

Lovely bridle, good price, okay delivery time. Only disappointment was that it was only shipped in a bag so it had arrived squashed. Having paid over £100 I would have liked it to be in a box where it wouldn't get damaged.

Redpost equestrian contacted me very promptly to offer an alternative item when there was a stock issue and I received new item the very next day. Can't get better service than that
