I purchased Le Mieux sheepskin head collar sets at a fantastic bargain price. It was such a bargain I ordered 2 sets. Excellent quality and perfect for providing comfort on my ponies grazing muzzle. Delivery slightly longer than I expected but I ordered online on a Sunday. Overall very happy with product and service.
Item not available informed by phone some 4 days after order placed which should be a 24/48hr dispatch time... was not picked up within time frame or dealt with in the correct manner... no stock for 8-10 weeks which is completely unacceptable.
Website not updated to stop customers from ordering out of stock items either.
Sorry but this sort of service in todays market is not great...

Quick and easy to order and fast delivery
Very efficient and prompt service. Superb range of products.
When I placed the order I thought "Quick, easy, affordable and uses PayPal - brilliant".
However, Parcelforce were the carrier so it took quite a while to be delivered. Then, because I wasn't home when they called, I had to schlep into town to collect it from the post office (meaning an early dart from work!)
I then realised I'd been delivered a brown whip rather than the black that I thought I'd ordered.
It's not life-critical - but you did ask!
