I feel I was misled by the website. The website stated the rug I wanted was in stock, and as I wanted it urgently, I paid extra for next day delivery. I ordered it on a Saturday and the order confirmation email said it would be delivered on Monday, which I felt was fair enough. When it still hadn't arrived by midweek, I rang and was told that as you didn't have it in the warehouse, it would arrive the following Monday, as per the confirmation email, which I had misread. If the website had said it wasn't in stock and would take a week to arrive, I would have ordered from elsewhere because I needed it immediately.
I contacted customer service looking for specific details on a product. I received a prompt reply with info requested. I placed my order and received it much quicker than expected because I live in the US. Thanks so much!
