Easy site to navigate, good product information and clear instructions. Good communication advising of delivery, which was very speedy, and pleasing that the items were packaged well so that they weren't damaged in transit.

Customer service fab delivery fab and fast. One of the products i bought is a bit poor quality but that's not your fault obviously. Would defo use Redpost again

Good choice & service

I thought the postage cost was high but as I needed the fly mask urgently I had no chouce but to go for it. The actual fly mask was disappointing as the horse got it off within the hour. It was nowhere near as tight as promised.

I was very disappointed as when I ordered the item it was in stock and for some reason it suddenly couldn't be got. I have asked for a total refund and hopefully this will be ok. Was very hopeful for Redpost as have seen it lots and was very happy to order from
You so was gutted not to get my order.

Really great prices and well displayed website. When I clicked to buy my products it showed that they were in stock when I ordered them. However I was contacted and told there were actually none in stock despite the website saying there were 10 available.
No issues with refunding money and customer services were very helpful, just disappointed my products were not in stock after the website showing they were.
