Cheapest for product I was searching for and delivery was quick although a little expensive.

Being a novice web user, found the whole browse/order/pay experience relatively easy. I knew what I was looking for regards product and RPE delivered at a 25% reduction so that was a score! Having received it, I love it and it was exactly what I expected.

The customer service that I received from Redpost was second to none! The jacket arrived the next day and although the item was too small for my son, on phoning they couldn't do enough to help. The item was refunded immediately on receipt and I thought the love hearts were a lovely touch too!
Would definitely look to buy from Redpost in the future.

AMAZING! I ordered riding hat at 4 and got it at 12 the next day! Defo 5 stars (and hat was cheepest i found).

Incorrect item initially sent though when it was explained it was for a birthday gift the next day, a courier was despatched and a doorstep exchange made to save me having to wait for the incorrect item to be returned before the correct one was sent.
