I bought two dog rugs (in different sizes), got an email and a call to say one was a bit faded and would I accept with a discount. Much nicer than receiving something a bit substandard - however I would not have noticed the fading, unfortunately one of the rugs was too small, a quick call and the exchange was sorted. Superb friendly service with people who were happy to help! Will definitely be checking this site regularly to see if they have any other stuff I need. Can not praise them enough 5* plus rating - Thanks!

Fantastic price for Ariat boots, they arrived the next day and the boots are amazing. Very impressed. Although I would say they are true to size and not to order half a size larger as suggested.
The first pair I ordered were too big in the calves so I sent them back in the meantime ordered another pair but a completely different style the whole procedure was effortless my replacement pair were delivered very quickly
