Only issues were that I clicked next day shipping which was a website error as I was buying from Ireland, I received a refund for the additional money I paid for the shipping. However, I ordered on Thursday and my package arrived on Monday which was speedy enough so I'm happy with that.
I had an issue with a bridle and Redpost sorted it out for me, I was a pain in the neck and all the staff remained friendly, polite and helpful.
I already have recommended Redpost to friends and I will be shopping again with them in the near future!
The delivery was excellent. I have bought Musto coats before & I have never been dissatisfied. Shopping online through Redpost Equestrian was very straightforward & I would recommend this site.
Outstanding service - Redpost outstrip even Amazon when it comes to delivery speed, which takes some doing! Ordered approx 1pm, despatched 4pm same day, arrived lunchtime next day!
Haven't walked in the wellies yet, just tried one on - fits snugly with 1 thick sock, but could only just get on because of narrowness of ankle - which is a selling point, as it gives walking boot type ankle support. I suggest half a size up if you wear thicks socks and have doubts. These were 7/41 which is what I usually wear and which usually fits comfortably.
