Outstanding customer service!
I was looking for particular Ariat competition shirts that I could not find anywhere in Japan, but fortunately they were available in this shop. Unlike US stores delivery charges for foreign countries were clearly stated, which I think very nice, so I immediatly ordered the shirts. The wrapping was very simple and the delivery was quick. I would definitely recommend the store to my friends if they could understand English.

I didn't realise Redpost Equestrian existed until I browsed online for Ariat boots. First pair arrived really quickly but were too large so I reordered over the phone as required a speedy delivery.
Customer services couldn't have been more helpful and actually suggested a different pair of boots that I hadn't considered. These were sent out immediately and arrived the next day.

Fantastic customer service. Unfortunately I had an issue with the stitching on the breeches that I bought - Redpost could not have helped me enough. They kept me up-to-date regularly on getting the issue sorted. Have shopped with them on a few occasions now and will continue to do so.
It's very easy to search for products on the redpostequestrian website and there is always a large variety to choose from and all my favorite brands! It's also quick and easy to make a purchase and your order is always received in good time and is always good quality. I buy most of my equestrian clothing from redpostequestrian as I trust the service.
