Excellent customer service - one of the things I ordered they did not stock any longer and the refund was processed v quickly.

Really impressed with Redpost service. Ordered two fly rugs and was contacted by Redpost as they didn't have enough stock. They offered my an alternative at no extra cost. It was efficient and no hassle and would definitely buy from them again.

Ordering online was straightforward as soon as I managed to figure out the slightly complex website. Delivery to a different address from home was easy and delivery was very fast. All that remains is to find out if my purchases deliver as promised.

Absolutely excellent customer service from Redpost Equestrian staff. My parcel got lost in transit due to the label coming loose from the packaging at the courier service depot. Redpost staff sorted this out immediately, keeping in touch until the parcel was received. Such a lovely, friendly bunch! I will definitely be ordering from Redpost Equestrian again...and can highly recommend.

I bought the Lucinda Pikeur (Bronze) breeches. Bought my normal size (UK 10, EUR 38) and they fitted perfectly. Love the colour and the Pikeur logo. Quick delivery!

Hugely helpful and an easy to navigate website. Lots of choice and delivery on time too.

Was charged extra shipping after purchase completed and also had to pay additional duty and taxed before pick up (International shipment) how're shipping arrived extremely fast (2 days to Canada!) and was properly packed with all shipping documents. Overall very satisfied with my order!

Paid by PayPal and there is no box online to redeem my points.
When I contacted Customer Services I was told it was bad luck, should have paid with a card! If you give reward points you should make them redeemable no matter which option of payment is taken (after all, you give the choice).

Item came as described and very quickly.
