I purchased an Acavallo seat saver in pony size as these aren't readily available in Australia. I received my order very quickly, 10 days from the UK to Australia, I was thrilled with the service and I rode today with the seat saver, it was like sitting on a fluffy marshmallow, I suffer with a bit of hip pain but no pain whatsoever during or after my ride. Thanks RedPost, I highly recommend and will refer my friends to you :)
I am very impressed by your consistently excellent levels of customer service. I have an odd-shaped horse and always seem to end up needing to swap my orders for a different size. This is mostly a fair, swift and hassle-free process. On one occasion I had a problem with a courier company not following instructions I had given. I alerted your office and was delighted:
a) when they contacted the courier company for me and got them to return with my delivery that same day
B) when my next delivery arrived by Royal Mail. I felt I had actually been listened to as a customer - a rare occurrence these day...
