The products arrived promptly, the international shipping costs were very responsible, unlike some Amazon product where you can pay more for the postage than the goods.
The customer service I received was excellent, prompt and courteous responses.

It is a pity that p&p are charged for a voucher and then repaid back. Surely emailed vouchers should have free delivery at the point of purchase.
