The reflective lead is great. Unfortunately the small sized collar is too big for our patterdale terrier as the size guide on the web page didn't show exact size/length- it would cost more to return than buy the next size down.

Ordered two bottles of vitalise tonic supplement, both arrived full of dust, dull and worn labels with expiry dates that expire BEFORE I will have used them! Expiry date is within a couple of months.
I didn't buy these to use straight away and regardless, even if I did - I should have been advised that they were from old stock and asked if I wanted them with such a short life on them.
I STILL paid FULL price which again, I don't feel should be the case but the bigger problem is I should have been advised and asked if the short use by date was acceptable to me - I would have purchased elsewhere.
Bought a rug bundle at a reasonable price! Delivery was faster than it stated so that's a bonus in the cold weather! Extremely happy!
