After my last review the Customer Services Manager (Martin) did indeed email me asking if he could call me on Monday, I sent him my number, but unfortunately he didn't say which Monday and two have passed and I'm still waiting!
I contacted Moonpig because I discovered they owned Red Letter Days and Buyagift. They were very helpful, they daid they couldn't really help because I'd ordered direct from Red Letter but said they'd contact Red Letter Days and flag it up to them.
Really interesting that Red Letter have been chased up by their owners and the company they partner with for their experience and still they are not refunding me! Rather, they are ghosting me. I haven't heard a thing since that email on 17th April.
