I purchased Redact expecting it to solve a specific issue, but unfortunately, it did not meet my needs. After realizing this, I requested a refund, as the software was not fit for the purpose I bought it for. Instead of offering a refund, the seller revoked my access to the software entirely, leaving me with nothing.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation amicably, the seller refused to provide a refund and was uncooperative. This kind of behavior is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on their business ethics. It's clear that they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction and fairness.

I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing Redact to be cautious, especially since they have no interest in supporting customers after the sale. The lack of a refund policy and the subsequent revocation of my access to the product without any resolution is unacceptable.

Avoid this company if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
