They steal your money and are connected with a Chinese shipping company that shows your order as being delivered and it is totally a scam. You will never receive anything. I am going to my local authorities and reporting them for stealing $80 of my money.
Bought a garden angel back in July 2023 from a U.S. store going out of business. NOT... Got email and it is RECENTES, overseas. Their shipping says it was delivered to my post office, NOT... I live in a small town and post office here does not lose stuff. Try to go on their web site and now it won't load and says THREAT alert. Last email they sent - it was delivered to local post office n will refund 15%. NOT... I have ordered items from all over the world and get it with on 2-3 weeks. Only had problem with Lacitee with exact problem, but their tracking # does not work
Before ordering anything from this site, be smart and look up a general description of the item. The prices here are a mere fraction of the normal retail value. Ex: "4.5 ft tall metal dragon" sells for an average price of $1700.00 USD. This site sells it for roughly $58 with free shipping. Obviously fake. The email telling you your order has shipped comes with a tracking number to a Chinese site, which never converts to a US tracking number and the fictional package never arrives. When complaints are sent to their email, they advise to go to your post office. The post office can do nothing with only a tracking number from China. Avoid this website. I have given up on getting my money back and am counting this as a learning experience.
