Avoid like the plague
1a. Options, options, options, THEN
1. Phone robot does not function
2. Client help takes too long, today 8 minutes to tell me I have no bank account, they have paid my bank for past 20 years!
3. they are tortoises, if you send an email you are lucky to get a reply within 2 weeks. If you mail them in England the reply comes from Holland, if your'e lucky!
Now they informed me they had lost £5000 + of my pension pot but not to worry they would reimburse it.
I've asked for a full explanation but if the past is anything to go by I doubt I'll get one.
This is 1 pension company to try and avoid.

They have a new website, unable to find my pension with them for 20+ years.
Emailed them, they agree it can't be found on but offered no solution.
Phone them, they found it so I'm waiting for the statement and other information I requested. This normally means a wait of 14-28 days but they often don't send information requested.
All in all they and the website are the most inadequate possible.
I have had 2 Financial Services Ombudsman claims against them found in my favour.
FIND AN ALTERNATIVE PENSION PLAN.
