We are conducting preliminary on-page activities with the SEO team adjusting all the tech issues in both live and dev servers, SEO, Project is being carried out with the due attention, as most of the activity in this specific part regards communication between SEO team and Realtyna team, with myself acting as a liaison person. In February we signed up with your company after being told we met the requirements to have our property search page complete. After we paid the $1149. 00 plus additional $350.00 for open houses we were told our Server company did not have enough file memory which we were never told from the beginning. Since we have unlimited file memory we did not understand why we were being asked to purchase your server services. Since your fees were above what we are able to afford since we are a small Real Estate company we were then told we needed a VPS in order for the service to work which was never told to us before we paid your company. We would never have moved forward with Realtyna had we known what was entailed. After numerous attempts of trying to speak with someone at Realtyna have a trail of emails confirming our lack of verbal communication. The $350.00 was for an Open House search which was never installed onto our website so we basically gave Realtyna more of our money for nothing in return. We asked for our money back via email to Melvin and Natan, but we were sent a refund policy stating there are not refunds given from your company yet we still do not have a search page or open house page. We were told to bring on our lawyers and your company welcomes any law suit since it will cost us more money than if we drop this. It is sad that companies are able to take peoples hard earned money and not deliver what was promised. We may not get our money back, but I will make sure I continually give negative reviews and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

The tech service response is pretty good, sometimes a day or two delayed, but there's always been a response.

The product itself is also pretty good, although the update process has been glitchy lately.

Also, I've been surprised sometimes by the cost of adding what I would have thought were simple things...

But, all in all, I'm reasonably happy with your service.

We are so pleased WPL Pro and mostly with the support. We are no tech guys, know a little about websites and all, but with WPL it is all possible. Even though we are still learning we have a great site now, which looks as done by professionals.
Maybe a little more KB on the Theme28 will be helpful to others like us, even though the support team covers it all!

The communication with them has been supporting a lot by ourselves, as we are not in the USA and we needed to tune the project management to complete the web application. For sure, they are able to handle very difficult and challenging clients as our company, they are always supportive and able to find smart solutions to solve customization problems.

The RPL software is powerful, scalable and integrable in different modules, therefore if you need components that can be added in different steps and with different goals, this is the product you are looking for!

A last comment about the people: all the team of Realtyna (Alex, Howard, Alfred, Marvin, Masi,... hoping not forget someone!) were excellent in satisfying our requests. Thank you Realtyna guys! Support is prompt and complete, tickets are handled always professionally and in the shortest possible time.

We will continue to use RPL and plan new customizations with the Realtyna team.
