Realtyna has developed a comprehensive package with lots of potentially usefull add-ons, should the need arise. Mainly aimed at the US market at the start, their support is very ractive making this product truly international.

Realtyna responded immediately when I sent in a ticket. Then they continuously followed up with a number of emails until the problem was resolved. I am very satisfied with the help I received with the WPL plugin. It is now working great and is a valuable addition to our site.

Its a super plug-in for real estate business; even that the system is made with separated database tables. This means that customization is needed if you like to use common WordPress plugins.

But the people at Realtyna and their support for adding new features to the system; is outstanding. Fair prices for support and good understanding for our needs and requirements.

I had been through a number of real estate themes and real estate listings plugins and all were falling short with limited functionality and limited to less than ideal support. With Realtynas WPL Real Estate plugin, I had my client's site and real estate listings posted and live within 1 day! WhooHooo! Thanks so much Realtyna Inc!

As the website builder, I have been very satisfied with the support team. Learning the features of the Theme28 has been challenging. When I can't figure something out, they answer my questions, direct me to the knowledge base or do it for me if it's something simple.

The MLS Addon integration process is complex. I didn't realize my client had to choose which areas (counties) to integrate so the mls team was going to integrate ALL counties in Indiana. Of course that created an issue in regards to GB hosting capacity. Needed 60GB which would have cost a lot more money [$50-$60/mo] than was expected. My client narrowed it down to 8 counties & that reduced the usage to less than 15GB which got it down to the budgeted amount. I also didn't realize my client needed to choose which fields to integrate (basics, features & mls addon fields). She is going thru the fields right now to choose which ones she wants to show on her website.

It's been a long process but it is going well & I have learned a lot about building a real estate website with organic RETS MLS integration. I belong to a community of digital marketers. Last night we had an in-house webinar & I shared with them this "newer" SEO friendly MLS integration.

That brings me to the SEO portion. After the integration takes place, I need to find out how to use the theme & plugin to optimize the website for SEO.

These guys from Realtyna have really built a great plugin for managing a real estate website. Literally everything in the plugin is highly customizable. Some settings are hard to find, but you just send their support team an email and theyll either fix it for you or point you to the place where the setting can be changed. We managed to customize the plugin exactly as we wanted. Great work!

It is with pleasure I write this review for the WPL WordPress plugin.
The WP Real Estate Plugin is to real estate websites what WooCommerce plugin is to online shops.
It is highly packed with features and very customizable in all aspects.
This is the best Real Estate plugin I have worked with. I tried a few before settling on WPL.
The support is brilliant and the response time is quick and accurately addresses what your issue is. .
I would recommend you take the offer of a free one time setup with the PRO version as there is a lot of settings.
I chose the learning curve and did most of the initial settings myself as I wanted to learn all of the features.
The plugin loads the settings pages very quickly so I think there is some smart programming in the software.
As a background I have 17 years experience as a web developer and web server manager.
I switched to WordPress about 3 years ago as a development platform as I felt that WordPress had matured as a platform.

I am currently trying to get my website up and running after many frustrating weeks of back and forth with the support team - they are not located in the US and so every email right is not returned until at least 24 hours later. I paid $250 for the WPL and it has an extremely confusing back end and zero documentation about how it all works. They'll try to send you to the "Knowledge Base" which is just a bunch of jumbled articles about a few issues you may have. Much of the service staff doesn't not understand or write in English and they emails I receive back make zero sense.

Also I paid $950 for the MLS integration and then they tried to start nickle and diming me for more money in order to customize the way the information is displayed on the website. Some of the titles are not even in proper English or make no sense to anyone that would be looking at the website, yet again, you'll have to pay more if you want them to change anything for you.

I am really busy trying to do other parts of my job and this has been an excruciatingly long and frustrating process. If you have other options, I would investigate them first.

Also, I doubt that the rest of these reviews are real.

This plugin has a lot of features, and as such it is somewhat confusing to figure out how it all fits together. I purchased the Pro version with MLS add-on, and support stuck with me every step of the way to ensure my installation was exactly how I wanted it. I'm very happy with their responsiveness and helpfulness, and also very excited with how it all turned out in the end.

If I had to make one complaint, it would be their pricing structure. I understand it in a way that you only pay for what you use, however if you want to be able to utilize a number of features in add-ons, or require some customization, it can get costly quickly.

Indeed this product is incredible! Of course we can think about some little enhancements and add some functionalities that would transform incredible into unbelievable, unbeatable and, absolute impossible to compete with, and I am pretty sure that is a matter of short time everything I can think now will be there... As they say in the home website of Realtyna, a multimillion dollar System or software for a price that someone can afford.

I am going to give this plugin 5 stars because I am getting quite a ample experience working with the Realtyna team to successfully build an Real Estate website and they are also incredible professional people, working fast and always in a precise way. Even when any project fase is complete, or when they imagine that our relationship are be done, Realtyna has reached out many times to see if we are doing well and to address any possible concerns, suggestions and the result is that my company had already decided to purchase the entire solution and probably everything else this 5 Star, "A" Class company can provide because they are simply the best.

The support team makes ENORMOUS, HUGE, difference. This guys are nice and interested people, sometimes it looks like that they work at my company, and not at Realtyna! They made me confident that I can always count on their help! Thank you very much, especially Amy, that is always doing her magic tricks with the help of her technical partners Edward and Nancy.

Unfortunately I know that I send a lot of e-mails to Amy, and every time she follows up with me until we are ready to go and walks me through the entire process. Each time there was a potential issue, Amy was cc into the email which shows me she was still interested in excellent customer support to the end.

The support team logged into our site and helped setup the RETS integration within 12 hours of when I submitted the issue. They have been tremendously helpful and professional. Great support!
