Extremely strict and unreasonable leadership

The pay is at least decent, and work schedules are relatively flexible. But, my experience working here is still filled with stress and toxicity due to the extremely strict leadership. Most of our supervisors are unreasonable, and they resort to verbal abuse and condescending words to reprimand us. They even sometimes yell at us to humiliate us.
