I have purchased numerous products from Really Successful over the past few years. I have found their products to be excellent and their support very responsive. I have never had a problem getting support that didn't resolve my issues. On one or two occasions I requested a refund within their guarantee refund time period and had no problem (or questions asked) receiving it. Even though their products and support are very good, an equally important factor for me is who they are as people and as a company. Based on my personal experience, I can say without a doubt that they absolutely do care about their customers and the success of their customers! I highly recommend Really Successful.

I have purchased a couple of products from Really Successful and both have been great. I have also been on many of their webinars and trainings and the value that the guests and instructors provide is top notch. I would recommend their products to anyone looking to succeed in digital marketing and/or ecommerce.

Bought their P. A. T Extreme because they claimed their wholesale prices would "SMASH" Walmart's prices. They don't come close to beating, much less "smashing" anyone's prices. All of their items are re-sold to you through a mediocre wholesaler and most of them cannot be sold on the Google Shopping Network because they are prohibited, or something else. I asked for refund. They then accused me of making false claims and they have a "no refund" policy, which I should have read. That tells you how unprofessional their so-called Support is right there! Funny, that they are the ones selling a product, which makes false claims, and then they accuse you of making false claims when you ask for a refund, even though I'm not the one selling a product to the public. As a former customer, all I can do is tell why I bought it and what my experience was and there's nothing false about that. My experience is terrible. They clearly lied about being able to smash Walmart's prices. I've attached a photo of the email I fell for, where they claim to be able to "beat Walmart and Sears on pricing" and "Crush Walmart". Terrible product, terrible Support, their claims are not even close to true, and now I want others to know so they can stay away from these scam artists who love to hide behind a no-refund policy. News Flash: "No-refund" policies are null and void when you're scamming people. That's why there are consumer protection laws in this country, to protect against people like this. DO NOT buy anything from RS. As others customers have already found out, they are snake oil salesmen to the hilt. One more thing, the so-called positive reviews on RS mysteriously popped up on this site AFTER I wrote my review about them, and I think these are false and/or added by RS themselves. They do not even refer to the PAT product specifically so pay no attention to those either!

We have a ton of members making good sales with our PAT program, and Chris held several sessions to help members out with pricing concerns, as well as with specific ways to use products with bigger margins as those you actively advertise versus those with smaller margins that you can use as filler products for your store. Chris specifically teaches how to use Google Shopping to your advantage, in order to be shown next to other suppliers in a competitive light. BIG TIME SCAM

I paid nearly $1000 for P. A. T Extreme, items that were supposed to be below wholesale ( so they said) from one of their partners. They stated that with those prices you would even be able to sell lower than other competitors, you would have the advantage. After receiving access, the first few items I searched were priced lower than what was listed as "our" low price. Then I found that they are just getting items from another company. Lets take a birdhouse for example. This birdhouse is listed on the other site for $22 retail and $10.95 for it's members. This partner of ReallySuccessful is selling it to its members at $13.54 wholesale plus $8.74 shipping for a total of $22.28 Like I said,"BIG TIME SCAM!"

Hi Vinny, this is Michal, Head of Customer Success at Really Successful. I'm sorry you're having issues with the pricing of PAT products. There have been several recent aftercare sessions working out pricing confusions that members have had. As I just wrote to Michael, who also commented on this, Chris has directly addressed that some products have wider profit margins than others, and therefore you can concentrate your advertising more on the larger margin products, while you use the others more as fillers. Chris also explained how even though there are sometimes competitors with lower pricing, as they often take losses in order to gain long term customers who then have a larger lifetime value than that initial loss, you can still make a ton of money selling the same product at a higher price with the correct use of the platform. Snake oil salesmen!

Don´t trust these two - Barry and Roger! Great at selling the "sizzle" and you get nothing in return, no decent product, no support. They move from one thing to another jumping on other peoples products to skim and scam money off people! Avoid them like the plague, if you dont want to be ripped off.

No Refund Scamsters
September 11, 2018

I signed up during a live webinar last week by paying $397/- ( as that is all I could afford at the time). However, a day later, I had a medical emergency in the family and hence decided to opt out of the course. I have been writing to them daily since then enquiring about the refund and the only response I got is the it has been ' escalated ' to their finance team. How difficult is it to refund when a guy has not used any of their services?! It is now three days and no response. So, in my mind, it is scam. I lost $397/-. Wait till they come for their $97/- per month post one month. I am brimming with profanities now but am exercising considerable restrain.

I purchase a service from this website after joining their webinar. All this people are good talker. Such a waste of money and time. I spend almost $700 but never got any coaching or anything. Please beware do some research and watch youtube video to learn on e commerce.

Hi, this is Michal, Head of Customer Success at Really Successful. I'm sorry you felt that you didn't receive what you were looking for. While we do have coaching options, these are not sold on webinars or for $700. I'm pretty sure you joined a program that has live virtual training and continual support sessions - including both support from my team of seven expert agents, as well as from our live biweekly Zoom sessions, where you can put our experts on the Hot Seat and ask anything you'd like relating to ecommerce. I'm happy to look further into this, but from the information here, I cannot find you in our system. If you turn to us on support, I'd be happy to talk with you about this further. As for learning ecommerce on youtube, you surely can, but unfortunately there are a lot of people out there creating youtube videos that have no expertise in the area or no experience and simply reshare what others are doing. They also don't have support teams waiting to assist you and be there for you during the process. Really Successful prides itself in providing continual support to you, during the course, afterwards, and throughout the process of building your ecommerce business and finding success. Hope we can discuss this further on support and help you find your way towards that success.:-)

This company operates a NO REFUND policy on just about all there products most of which cost in the high £100's and £1000's.
The fact that NO REFUND is only referred to in the terms and conditions about a third of the way down and certainly below the fold which in my view means they really have very little confidence in their products.

As for our no refunds policy, there are different policies for different programs, and these are based on costs required to get you involved in amazing opportunities, getting you access to the most innovative tools and providing you with top of the line methodologies for finding success with Internet marketing. Due to partnership costs and development costs, we're not always able to offer guarantees. That being said, every single refund request is dealt with on an individual basis on support, and we take each member's concerns into consideration and make decisions based on that, not just based on an overarching policy. For the first time I thought the course is really cool. But aftre I bought it its just a videos. No coaching. No student forum, nothing. Just miserable. I bought 697$ GTM I want to get refund. No customer service, no replies...

After a year of listening, studying with many online teachers/gurus, I finally found guys who really walk the talk. The guys actually know how to do it, and are good teachers. If you are struggling with marketing, either of an eCommerce site, or a brick and mortar business, these guys can take you over the Finnish line. Follow their advice and you will indeed be really successful, as they are!
